Humans are the only known living beings on Earth who demonstrate an unmatched level of intelligence capable of building automation, saving lives, and questioning existence. It's not unreasonable to believe the human population is a product of alien seeding or alien experiments, no other animal on this planet opens each other up with tools to save a life!
